Kelly Veatch CEO | Unified Service Partners
Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in both large and small service-related businesses. Prior to USP Kelly held positions at GE, ServiceMaster, Brightview, ARS/Rescue Rooter and Valet Living.
Scott Bogard CFO | Unified Service Partners
Scott has 25 years of progressive finance experience with multiple CFO leadership roles prior to joining Unified Service Partners. Most recently, he was CFO of Exacta Land Surveyors, LLC, the nation’s leading residential land surveyor. Scott also has prior experience with The Riverside Company, a leading middle market financial sponsor.
Paige Wilder CPO | Unified Service Partners
Paige has spent more than 25 years providing strategic human resources guidance to leaders in various warehousing, supply chain and service-related businesses. Prior to USP Paige held positions at Spectrum, Macy’s, Univar Solutions and Orkin Pest Control.
Jeff Gerdes VP | Unified Service Partners
Jeff has over a decade of buyside investment experience across a diverse range of industries, having spent much of his time within the industrials, consumer, healthcare, and materials sectors. Jeff has held various leadership roles at Tannor Capital Management, Drum Capital Management, Red Apple Group, and MA for a multi-site consumer roll-up backed by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan prior to joining Astara.
Mike Fellman COO | Unified Service Partners
Mike has over 38 years of experience in the roofing industry. From early beginnings working for his father in his roofing company Mike went on to work for GAF, Riverhead Building Supply, Owens Corning, Equitable Public Adjusters and owned his own roofing company for several years.
